New heart implant trial aims to fix damaged hearts
NCT ID NCT06813820
Summary
This study is testing a medical device called the Revivent System for people with heart failure who have a scarred, weakened area in their heart. About 135 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the implant plus standard heart medications or just the medications alone. The main goal is to see if the device is safe and if it helps people feel better, walk farther, and stay out of the hospital compared to medications by themselves.
