Heart failure breakthrough? new study tests smarter pacemaker
NCT ID NCT06689111
Summary
This study aims to find out which type of pacemaker works best for patients with heart failure and a specific electrical problem. Researchers will compare a newer pacing method (left bundle branch pacing) to the standard method (biventricular pacing) in 100 patients. They will use heart ultrasounds to see if patients with a certain contraction pattern get better results immediately after the device is implanted.
