Summary
This study is testing a device called Cardiac Contractility Modulation (CCM) for people with moderate-to-severe heart failure. It will compare 4,200 patients who get the device to similar patients who don't, using existing health records. The main goal is to see if the device helps people live longer and avoid hospital stays for heart failure.
