Summary

This study looks at 860 adults with atrial fibrillation who have had a heart attack and a stent placed. It compares taking just one blood thinner (DOAC) versus taking two (DOAC plus clopidogrel) to see which is safer and works better. The goal is to find a treatment that reduces bleeding risk while still preventing future heart problems.
