Summary
This study followed 301 adolescents with single ventricle heart disease for one year to check the long-term safety of a medication called udenafil. All participants received the drug while researchers monitored for side effects and measured changes in exercise capacity, heart function, and quality of life. The goal was to gather safety information to support the potential use of this medication for managing this complex heart condition.
