Heart signal test could spot valve disease faster

Summary
This study aims to see if a new test that measures electrical and mechanical signals from the heart can accurately diagnose valvular heart disease. Researchers will recruit 1,300 adults with and without valve problems to compare the new test against standard echocardiography. If successful, it could offer a quicker, non-invasive way to detect 24 types of valve disease.
