Summary
This study is a long-term safety check for people who received an experimental cell-based therapy called Hearticellgram-AMI after a heart attack. It will follow 100 patients for five years to monitor for serious health issues like new cancers or immune reactions. The goal is to understand the long-term safety profile of this treatment.
