Can better blood flow help HCM patients walk farther?
NCT ID NCT07150299
Summary
This study aims to understand if improvements in how far patients with thickened heart muscle can walk relate to better blood flow in their heart. Researchers will follow 20 patients already receiving standard medications for one year, using heart scans and walking tests. The goal is to learn how heart blood flow changes connect to patients' physical abilities during treatment.
