Arm squeeze for a healthier heart? study tests simple treatment after heart attacks

Summary
This study is testing if a simple daily treatment using a blood pressure cuff on the arm can help people recover from a heart attack and prevent future serious heart problems. It will involve over 2100 people who have recently had a heart attack. One group will get the daily arm cuff treatment along with standard care, while the other group gets standard care alone, to see if the treatment improves long-term health.
