NCT ID NCT07445737

Summary

This study is testing whether an inhaled painkiller called methoxyflurane works as well as morphine for severe chest pain during a heart attack. The goal is to find a safer, easier-to-use alternative to morphine that patients can administer themselves before reaching the hospital.
