Heart attack drug showdown: which clot buster wins?

Summary
This study tests two medicines given directly into the heart artery during a heart attack to break up blood clots. About 300 adults having a severe heart attack will receive either rhTNK-tPA or tirofiban. Researchers will measure blood flow after treatment and track heart function and safety for one year.
