Can a frailty test predict survival after a Senior's heart attack?

NCT ID NCT07366684

Summary

This study aims to better understand how to care for seniors aged 75 and older who are hospitalized for a heart attack. Researchers will observe 550 patients to see if a simple frailty assessment, combined with standard tests, can better predict who is at risk for complications or death. The study will also compare outcomes between patients who receive a stent procedure and those treated with medication alone.
