Summary
This study tests whether sodium thiosulfate can protect hearing in children and young adults receiving cisplatin chemotherapy for relapsed cancers like hepatoblastoma. Researchers will also test adding a drug called vorinostat to see if it helps the cancer treatment work better. The trial aims to prevent hearing damage while still effectively treating the cancer.
