Summary
This study looks at whether a special hearing device attached to the skull bone (osseointegrated device) can improve thinking, memory, and quality of life in adults with certain types of hearing loss. Researchers will follow 50 people for 3 years, testing their hearing, memory, and daily function. The goal is to see if better hearing leads to better brain health and social well-being.
