Summary

This study will compare four different non-surgical bone conduction hearing devices to see which one helps people with mixed or conductive hearing loss hear better. About 20 adults aged 18 to 84 with mild hearing loss in the inner ear will test each device. The goal is to find which device provides the best hearing improvement.
