Summary

This study tested a hearing aid that is built into eyeglasses for adults with mild to moderate hearing loss. 21 participants completed speech-in-noise tests with and without the device to see if it improved their ability to understand speech in noisy settings. The goal was to measure any benefit in hearing clarity and listening effort.
