Summary
This study looks at how the level of processing in a healthy meal affects your feeling of fullness and eating habits. Researchers will compare a meal made mostly of ultra-processed foods to one with less-processed foods. Forty healthy adults who eat breakfast regularly will take part in two morning visits to rate their satiety.
