Summary
This study tested whether a special educational program in high schools could help students develop healthier lifelong habits. Researchers enrolled 350 students to see if lessons on nutrition, physical activity, sleep, screen time, and hygiene could change their beliefs and behaviors. The goal was to prevent future health problems by teaching good habits during the teenage years.
