NCT ID NCT06816147
Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized smartphone app can help adults aged 60 and older adopt healthier lifestyle habits to prevent obesity. For three months, about 30 participants will use the app, which provides recommendations on diet, activity, and other behaviors. The main goal is to see if the app is easy to use and engaging, while also checking if it might lead to positive changes in weight, fitness, and diet.
