Summary
This study tested a nursing care program designed to help teenagers aged 12-18 use the internet more healthily. The program was based on the Care Bag Theory and aimed to reduce problematic internet use, improve self-control, and strengthen family relationships. Ten adolescents who were already seeing a mental health doctor took part. The study measured changes using questionnaires about internet use, self-regulation, and coping skills.
