Summary
This study tested a program that delivered boxes of healthy, culturally-appropriate groceries to low-income families with children in the South Bronx. Researchers worked with the community to design the program and sent families groceries for 12 weeks. The goal was to see if this approach could improve families' access to nutritious food and support healthier eating habits.
