Researchers test which class schedule best builds stronger families
NCT ID NCT05261802
Summary
This study aimed to find out if a family skills program works better when taught weekly or in a compressed weekend format. Over 1,400 low-income adults in Houston participated in workshops on communication, parenting, and financial skills. Researchers measured changes in participants' behaviors and attitudes one year after the program ended to see which schedule led to better long-term results.
