Campus 'Living Lab' aims to transform student diets

Summary
This study is testing a 'living lab' approach to help university students adopt healthier and more environmentally friendly eating habits. Researchers will recruit up to 500 students to participate in surveys, dietary tracking, and optional nutrition programs. The goal is to see if personalized advice and campus activities can increase students' intake of fruits, vegetables, and legumes while reducing meat and processed foods.
