Can a simple daily drink keep an aging brain sharp?
NCT ID NCT06353984
Summary
This study aims to see if a healthy drink made from oats and chickpeas, taken as a snack, can improve thinking skills and brain activity in healthy adults aged 70 and older. Over nine weeks, researchers will measure participants' memory, brain scans, and various health markers like inflammation and gut health. The goal is to gather information on whether this food product could support healthy aging, but it is not testing a cure or treatment for a specific disease.
