Summary

This study tests a 14-week program called Pathway to Healthy Aging (Path-HA) to see if it improves quality of life and physical abilities in older adults at risk of accelerated aging. About 1,000 people aged 60 and older living in the community will take part. Half will receive the program, and half will not, so researchers can compare the effects.
