Summary
This completed pilot study collected health and nutrition information from 300 healthy adults living in Northern California. Researchers measured stress levels, nut and peanut butter eating habits, and bowel patterns using online surveys. The goal was to test and improve study methods for a future larger trial on peanut consumption and heart disease risk.
