Summary
This study aims to understand the challenges and support needs of healthcare professionals when they are sick and need to return to work. Researchers will interview 60 healthcare workers in Belgium who are either currently on sick leave or have recently returned. The goal is to gather their personal experiences to help create better workplace policies for supporting staff during illness and recovery.
