Summary
This study is testing a long-term community health program in two rural villages in Nepal. Over seven years, 400 adult residents will receive education, exercise classes, and optional acupressure for pain. The goal is to see if this combined approach improves people's health knowledge, physical fitness, mental well-being, and overall quality of life.
