Summary

This study tests a 6-week program designed to improve health information literacy for 30 adults with metabolic syndrome. Participants will learn how to find, understand, and use health information through face-to-face and online sessions. The goal is to see if this leads to better health outcomes like weight, waist size, and blood sugar control.
