Summary

This study tested a school-based program designed to improve health literacy—the knowledge and skills needed to make good health decisions—among young adults in Denmark. The program created student committees to design and run their own health-promoting activities, aiming to see if this approach could improve students' health knowledge, behaviors, and overall well-being.
