Summary
This study tested a school-based program designed to improve health literacy—the knowledge and skills needed to make good health decisions—among young adults in Denmark. It involved 176 students aged 15-25 from vocational schools. The program created student committees to design and run their own health-promoting activities, aiming to see if this approach could improve students' health knowledge, behaviors, and overall well-being.
