Can better health knowledge tame a silent killer?
NCT ID NCT07096102
Summary
This study is testing a 6-week education program designed to help people with metabolic syndrome better understand their health information. Researchers want to see if improving this knowledge leads to better self-management and improved health measures like weight, waist size, blood pressure, and blood sugar. About 310 participants will take part in the program, which includes group sessions, digital tools, and family support.
