Church-Led health program aims to slash heart disease in black communities

Summary
This study looks at two ways to help African Americans lower their risk for heart disease through church-based health programs. About 225 adults who are African American, 18 or older, and not recently pregnant or hospitalized will take part. Researchers will measure how many people join, stay, and complete the program, as well as changes in food choices.
