Can a short class make hospital staff eat healthier?
NCT ID NCT07310576
Summary
This study tested whether a health diet education program could improve nutrition knowledge and encourage healthier eating among hospital staff and volunteers. About 200 participants attended the program and completed surveys about their knowledge and intentions to change their diet. The goal was to see if education alone could lead to better dietary choices.
