Summary
This study tested a medical glue called isobutyl cyanoacrylate on 30 children with painful mouth ulcers from injury. One group got the glue applied once, another got antiseptic gel twice daily, and the third got saltwater rinses. Researchers measured pain and ulcer size over nine days to see which treatment healed fastest.
