Summary

This study tested a special medical glue (isobutyl cyanoacrylate) to heal traumatic mouth ulcers in 30 children. One group got the glue applied once, another got a standard antiseptic gel twice daily, and a third got saltwater rinses five times a day. Researchers measured pain and ulcer size over nine days to see which approach worked best.
