New Two-Pronged attack on Neck-Related headaches

NCT ID NCT07373912

Summary

This study aims to see if combining two physical therapy techniques works better than one for treating headaches that start in the neck. Sixty adults with chronic cervicogenic headaches will receive either standard neck mobilization therapy alone or that therapy plus instrument-assisted soft tissue massage. Researchers will measure changes in neck pain, disability, stiffness, and how often headaches occur.
