NCT ID NCT07054801

First seen Jan 26, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study tests whether injecting two medicines (lidocaine and methylprednisolone) into an artery in the head can reduce severe headaches after a brain bleed (subarachnoid hemorrhage). About 25 adults with persistent headaches will receive the injection during a routine angiogram. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe, lowers headache severity, and cuts the need for opioid painkillers.
