Hands-On headache relief: which therapy works best?
NCT ID NCT06690411
Summary
This study compared two different hands-on physiotherapy techniques to see which is better for treating headaches that come from the neck. Forty adults with these cervicogenic headaches received either gentle joint mobilization (Mulligan Concept) or a massage-like muscle release technique three times a week for a month. Researchers measured their pain, neck movement, and daily function to see which approach provided more relief.
