Can a simple Head-Turning game ease your neck headaches?
NCT ID NCT07271004
Summary
This study tested whether adding a specific head-movement training exercise to standard physical therapy could better reduce headaches and improve balance in people with headaches that start in the neck. 38 adults with these neck-related headaches were randomly assigned to receive either standard therapy alone or standard therapy plus the head-movement training for eight weeks. The goal was to see if the extra training led to fewer headaches, shorter headache attacks, and better standing balance.
