Summary

This study tested whether a specific hands-on muscle therapy could help women with chronic headaches that start in the neck. All 40 participants received standard medication, but half also received the special therapy three times a week for a month. Researchers measured changes in headache pain, frequency, neck movement, and how headaches affected daily life.
