Double-Handed relief: new study tests combo therapy for stubborn neck headaches

NCT ID NCT07310823

Summary

This study is testing whether combining two specific hands-on physical therapy techniques works better than either one alone for relieving headaches that originate from the neck. Researchers will enroll 57 adults with these types of headaches to see if the combined treatment reduces pain, frequency, and stiffness more effectively. The goal is to find a better non-drug option for managing this common and disruptive condition.
