NCT ID NCT07327827
Summary
This study aims to see which of two exercise programs works better to reduce pain, improve posture, and lower disability for people who get headaches from neck problems, specifically those who work long hours on computers. It will compare a 'Back School' program (with exercises and education) against focused neck muscle training. Participants will attend treatment sessions twice a week for eight weeks and report on their pain and daily activities.
