Summary
This study aimed to understand how having a forward head posture affects a person's balance and brain activity compared to a normal head posture. Researchers had 38 healthy adults perform balance tasks while also doing thinking tasks, measuring their brain activity and stability. The goal was to gather information to help design better balance and coordination training programs for people with forward head posture.
