New drug duo challenges standard treatment in major head & neck cancer trial

Summary
This study aims to see if new drug combinations can help people with advanced head and neck cancer live longer. It will compare two experimental treatments against the current standard therapy. About 780 patients whose cancer has returned or spread will participate. The main goal is to improve overall survival for these patients.
