Summary
This study is testing a new combination of three drugs given to patients before surgery for locally advanced head and neck cancer. The goal is to see if this pre-surgery treatment can shrink or eliminate the tumor, making surgery more effective and potentially improving long-term survival. Researchers will measure how well the tumor responds and monitor the safety of the treatment.
