New Triple-Threat attack on head and neck cancer before surgery

Summary
This study is testing a new three-drug combination as a first step before surgery for people with locally advanced head and neck cancer. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink or even eliminate the cancer in the tumor before it is removed, which may help prevent the cancer from coming back. Researchers will measure how well the treatment works and monitor its safety in about 30 participants.
