Summary

This study tested a combination of two drugs, duvelisib and docetaxel, for people with advanced head and neck cancer that had returned or spread after their first treatment stopped working. The goal was to see if this new combination could help control the cancer. About 26 people participated to measure how well the treatment worked and its side effects.
