Summary

This study is testing if combining two existing cancer drugs, docetaxel and pembrolizumab, is a safe and effective treatment for people with advanced head and neck cancer that has come back or spread. It aims to see if this combination can help shrink tumors and help patients live longer. The trial is for adults who have not yet received treatment for their advanced cancer.
