Summary
This study is testing whether a new combination of drugs given before and after surgery works as well as standard chemotherapy for people with advanced head and neck cancer. The goal is to see if this approach helps patients live longer and keeps the cancer from coming back. Researchers will compare the new drug combo to the usual treatment in about 246 participants.
