NCT ID NCT07524452
First seen Apr 15, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a targeted drug (becotatug vedotin) to standard immunotherapy works better than immunotherapy alone for people with a specific type of advanced head and neck cancer. About 430 adults whose tumors have certain markers (EGFR-positive and CPS≥1) and can be surgically removed will take part. The goal is to see if the combination helps prevent the cancer from coming back or spreading.
