Summary

This study tests whether combining three different medicines can shrink tumors in adults with head and neck cancer that has spread or come back. Participants are randomly assigned to receive different combinations of the study drugs as infusions. The goal is to see if these combinations are safe and help the immune system fight the cancer better than standard treatment alone.
